Schedule/Hours:
Preference for Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday Flexibility may be required for occasional floating to a nearby sister facility within walking distance
Qualifications:
Active CA Occupational Therapist license (or eligible via 60 Day Rule) Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred; new graduates welcome with mentorship available Proficient documentation and effective time-management skills Flexible, collaborative approach to patient care
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide OT treatment for SNF patients Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans Complete timely, accurate documentation using Net Health in adherence to facility standards
