School Occupational Therapist (OT) | San Jose, CA | Local & Travel Opportunities- We are seeking a dedicated
- School Occupational Therapist (OT)
- for a full-time, 36-week contract supporting
- three elementary schools and one middle school in the San Jose, CA area
- . This position is needed immediately and will serve approximately
- 30 students
- while the district recruits for a permanent hire.
- Position Highlights
Start Date:

Local OT:
- $70/hour
Travel OT Package:
- Up to
- $3,233/week
- (including qualified housing and meal stipends)
- Responsibilities
- + Conduct student evaluations and assessments + Develop individualized therapy plans + Provide occupational therapy services + Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports + Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student success
- Requirements
- + Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice + One year of OT experience preferred + Compliance with all professional practice standards + Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB clearance and health documentation as required + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements ??

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student.
Minimum Requirements:
