This position covers a leave of absence and requires a dedicated professional to provide on-site therapy services in a dynamic and supportive elementary school environment. Youll be working with a diverse age group of elementary students, addressing a range of occupational therapy needs that help young learners flourish in their educational journey. Immediate availability is required, with the assignment running through April. Flexibility with hours is offered, with both full-time (5 days per week) and part-time schedules considered. Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active Occupational Therapist license in California School-based OT experience preferred (required to be ready to start with minimal onboarding) Ability to work independently, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and support transitions during district changes Passion for working with elementary-aged children and collaborating with school teams Willingness to work on-site; remote or hybrid not available for this role COTAs not accepted; only fully licensed OTs will be considered

Responsibilities:
