Qualifications:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California Experience working in school-based or pediatric OT settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage sessions effectively Understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements Commitment to supporting students unique learning and developmental needs

Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 occupational therapy services to a student in a non-public school Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized therapy plans Monitor student progress and adapt intervention strategies as needed Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, goals, and outcomes Participate in meetings related to the students progress and educational planning as needed
