An Occupational Therapist helps patients with injuries, illnesses, and disabilities recover, improve, or develop skills needed for everyday activities. Assists people with mobility impairments to move easily around their homes; develops school and workplace settings that are accessible for individuals with physical or mental disabilities. May specialize in certain types of impairments or certain categories of patients.

Full-time, W-2 About the Role Inclusive Learning Partners (ILP) is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist OT to provide direct services, evaluations, and consultative support in classroom settings serving students with moderate to severe disabilities. As a valued member of the school-based IEP team, you'll support students in developing fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills necessary for educational access. Ideal candidates are confident in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in dynamic, high-support environments. Required Qualifications Active Registered Occupational Therapist license in California Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a NBCOT-accredited program Familiarity with IEP systems, progress monitoring, and report writing Must be willing to undergo a criminal background clearance and Livescan fingerprinting through the California Department of Justice and FBI. TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Willingness to complete all necessary ILP and state mandated trainings during onboarding Key Responsibilities Provide direct OT services to students as outlined in their IEPs Conduct assessments and re-evaluations, interpret results, and write clear, compliant reports Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and goals Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and related service providers Document services, maintain records, and contribute to ongoing progress monitoring Participate in IEP meetings and help guide teams in accommodations, strategies, and support.
