We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing outpatient clinic in Union City, CA . This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment alongside Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and experienced Occupational Therapists while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services for children with developmental, sensory, neurological, orthopedic, and motor delays. Address fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, self-help, feeding (if applicable), and activities of daily living. Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, physicians, educators, and families to ensure coordinated care. Educate parents and caregivers on home programs and strategies to maximize progress. Complete evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain a positive, engaging, and therapeutic clinic environment. Qualifications Required Current California Occupational Therapist License. Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current NBCOT certification. Preferred Pediatric experience (fieldwork or professional experience welcomed). Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passion for working with children and their families. Why Pediatrics? Every day is different.
