Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Prior experience providing OT services in schools strongly preferred Solid understanding of IEPs, goal setting, and progress monitoring Effective communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Strong organizational abilities and adaptability to varied caseloads

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students strengths and areas for growth Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students educational goals Deliver direct OT interventions focused on fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings Train and consult with educators and family members to support student achievements across settings Foster a positive, supportive environment that empowers each child's independence
