Qualifications:

Valid OT licensure in Delaware (OTR preferred; COTAs considered) Previous experience in school-based, healthcare, or home health OT roles desirable Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to adapt to different school environments and student needs

Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services as outlined in student IEPs Assess and evaluate students' functional abilities and develop treatment plans Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists Maintain timely documentation and progress reporting Flexibly cover caseload across elementary, middle, and/or high schools
