Key Responsibilities:

Occupational Therapist must have a passion for therapy and the desire to improve the lives of their patients through excellent skilled therapy. A personal commitment to any patient that you accept to do what it takes to provide the care required during the episode of care. A desire to make your career what you want it to be. Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Utilize evidence-based practices to provide therapeutic interventions. Assist patients in improving their fine motor skills, mobility, and daily living activities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
