This long-term, on-site position is ideal for traveling professionals passionate about making an impact on students lives. Located near Crawfordville, FL, youll work closely with diverse learners, collaborating with educators and families to help students achieve their fullest potential.
Qualifications and Skills:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required Active and valid OT license Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Strong communication and collaboration abilities Adaptable, compassionate approach to working with children
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students to identify their unique strengths and needs Design, deliver, and monitor individualized therapy sessions to support academic and daily living skills Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans Serve as a resource for staff and families on strategies for enhancing students participation Remain up-to-date with best practices in pediatric occupational therapy
