Full Job Description Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role Overview:
Lead and coordinate the occupational therapy team, supporting daily operations, scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, assessing physical, mental, and emotional needs to facilitate recovery and celebrate patient progress. Foster a compassionate environment focused on personalized treatment and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and administrative tasks. Deliver patient-centered care, building strong therapeutic relationships. Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments. Support professional growth through training and orientation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Current licensure or certification per state requirements. Bachelor's or Master's degree in an accredited therapy program. Minimum of three years of occupational therapy experience, including two years in clinical or leadership roles. CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
Preferred:
active Therapy Clinical Ladder status or specialty certifications.
