Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (master's or doctorate level) Successful completion of required fieldwork/clinical training Passing score on the NBCOT national certification exam, with proper exam verification for Illinois Active Illinois OT state license, maintained through ongoing continuing education Experience working in school settings is a strong plus Familiarity with IEP development and participation preferred

Primary Responsibilities:
