Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Completion of required clinical fieldwork/training Successful completion of the NBCOT national board exam (Illinois requires direct verification) Payment of application and licensing fees Ongoing maintenance of state license through continuing education Active Illinois OT license required Experience in school settings preferred Prior IEP experience highly valued
