3316697-60174 Job Description Empower young learners as an Occupational Therapist supporting an elementary school population two days each week. In this contract-based role, youll collaborate with educators and families to deliver meaningful interventions and create an inclusive, supportive learning environment. Key Qualifications:

Masters degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy required Active OT licensure in Illinois Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Strong understanding of adapting interventions to suit elementary-aged learners Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to start as soon as possible and commit to a two-day per week schedule

What Youll Do:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to elementary students in both individual and group settings Assess students needs, develop goals, and create tailored treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Document progress and maintain timely records in compliance with district and state guidelines Consult regularly with teachers and parents to maximize students success and participation in the school environment Support the development of fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills necessary for thriving in an academic setting Contribute proactively to IEP meetings, providing valuable insight and recommendations Enjoy a fulfilling part-time schedule that allows for work-life balance, and make a tangible impact in childrens lives as they build foundational skills for their future.
