Based on district needs and experience Responsibilities Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Develop and monitor IEP goals Support fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and functional classroom skills Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings as needed Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Active Illinois OT license or ability to obtain Illinois PEL preferred/required as applicable Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Soliant offers W-2 employment, competitive pay, benefits options, 401(k) matching, licensure reimbursement, and dedicated recruiter support throughout the assignment.
