Job Description

  Oasis Therapy Services is committed to providing exceptional therapy services to seniors. Our experienced and compassionate rehabilitation professionals focus on improving residents' independence, safety, and quality of life. Oasis Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility in Burr Ridge, Illinois.

Net Health Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans. Provide treatment focused on activities of daily living, functional mobility, safety, and independence. Monitor residents' progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Complete discharge planning and provide recommendations for continued care. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment. Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants when assigned. Complete accurate Net Health documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team. Qualifications Active and current Illinois Occupational Therapist license. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current CPR certification. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Geriatric, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience is preferred. Why Join Oasis?
