Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current Occupational Therapy (OT) licensure in Indiana Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred Comfort working onsite with elementary-aged students Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills Flexibility to start ASAP and commit through late May 2027
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group OT services to elementary students Assess, plan, and document student progress and therapy plans Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families on student goals Support the school in ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development
