Conducting re-evaluation assessments for students from various grade levels Completing PreK evaluations on Fridays Allocating at least one dedicated day per week for comprehensive IEP completion Supervising and providing support for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Delivering teletherapy services and managing documentation virtually Ideal qualifications and desired experience: Current, active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Louisiana Previous experience in a school-based OT setting Strong knowledge of the IEP process and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Proficiency with virtual service delivery and relevant technology platforms Confidence in supervision and mentorship, specifically for a COTA Flexibility and highly organized, with strong time management skills Skillful communicator when engaging with educators, parents, and students This contract begins as soon as possible and will continue for one to two months. Following the conclusion of the main assignment, ongoing supervision for the COTA may be required on a limited basis.
