We treat patients across the lifespan under one roof with three disciplines: physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech. About The Role Our existing pediatric OT caseload in Slidell has grown enough to graduate from part-time into a full-time seat. You'll build and run that caseload with real independence, supported by a small, connected team rather than buried in a large system's administrative load. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat a pediatric outpatient caseload in Slidell with real autonomy over how you practice Build toward a 50-55 visit/week baseline, with a production bonus above that Work alongside PT and Speech colleagues under one roof Participate in a culture that talks directly, not about, and holds each other to a standard from a place of support

What You'll Get Compensation:

Flexible per-visit or hourly structure, up to $50-52/hour all-in at the top of the range, plus a production bonus program and a $3,000 sign-on/relocation bonus.

Schedule & Lifestyle:

Full-time, Monday-Friday ideal, flexible to 32 or 36 hours for the right person. Based in Slidell, on-site only, no remote days.
