Full-Time LTC Therapy:

Harwich Harwich, MA $45-48/hour LTC Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services within our skilled nursing facility. Join a collaborative rehab team dedicated to improving resident outcomes and supporting functional independence.

What You'll Do:

Assess residents' functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans Deliver treatment interventions focused on ADLs, coordination, balance, cognition, and upper extremity strength Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques Work closely with PT, SLP, nursing, and physicians to support interdisciplinary care goals Track resident progress and maintain accurate documentation
