Job Summary:

Insight Global is searching for an Occupational Therapist candidates across the Baltimore County region. This person will be responsible for screening and assessing students with a variety of physical and developmental problems to determine the need for services and to recommend strategies, adaptations and/or modifications that support the educational program or setting. Also, this person will also determine the need for and recommend appropriate adaptive equipment and participate in determining technology-related needs and providing related staff training. Further, the OT will participate in the development of an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), and the Individualized Education Program (IEP), Service Plans, or a 504 Plan for students. Comfortability with school personnel, parents, and other service providers is especially important to the role. Full time hours, Monday

•Friday 6.75 hours a day (33.75 hours per week)

Qualifications:

•Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.

•Licensure from the Maryland Board of Examiners for

Occupational Therapy Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with children and adolescents Experience working in school systems, IEP meetings, etc.

Compensation:

$43-59/hr (Based on years of experience, education, certifications).
