Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy required Current OT license (or eligibility) for the state Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in educational or developmental settings Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators and support staff Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Comfortable adapting strategies to individualized student needs Willingness to work on-site throughout the school year
Core Responsibilities:
