This full-time, on-site opportunity is perfect for speech-language pathologists passionate about pediatric care, and is open to both experienced professionals and dedicated Clinical Fellows looking to start their journey. Set in a supportive school setting, your expertise will help students reach important milestones and achieve greater confidence in their speech and language abilities.
Ideal candidates will possess:
A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in schools Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Key responsibilities include: Evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans tailored to students specific needs Collaborating with educators, families, and related services staff to support holistic student growth Documenting progress, maintaining records, and preparing reports in compliance with school guidelines Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary support teams Providing consultation to teachers and staff regarding best practices for language development in the classroom As part of this rewarding role, youll enjoy comprehensive health and dental insurancefocusing on your wellbeing as you care for students.
