9670396-04864 Job Description Seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with school-based experience to support students across the PreK-12 age range. This part-time contract role is based near Warren, ME, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on learners in an educational setting. Qualifications:

Active ME OT License Experience in either school or healthcare settings as an OT or COTA Ability to collaborate with educators and families Effective documentation and reporting skills Commitment to supporting students functional and academic success

Key Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to PreK-12 students in accordance with IEP goals Assess, plan, and implement interventions specific to the needs of each student Collect data, progress monitor, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to optimize strategies for student development Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations, interventions, and progress reports
