Youll generally spend two days in each town, with a fifth day that you can dedicate to evaluations, paperwork, or floating as needs arise. Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Michigan (or eligibility) Previous experience with pediatric or school-based populations preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills Ability to independently organize a flexible schedule across sites Willingness to float between K-12 settings Potential to supervise a COTA (if eligible)

Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary and select middle/high school students Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring Advocate for student growth and participation in the school environment
