Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care for individuals requiring assistance with daily activities and health management. As a Live-In Caregiver, you will work closely with clients to deliver comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs, fostering a safe and nurturing atmosphere. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and observe patients' health status, recording vital signs and changes in condition accurately Administer medications following prescribed schedules and document medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Support clients with specialized care needs including Alzheimer's, dementia, memory care, hospice, and developmental disabilities Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts, catheters, and other assistive devices safely and effectively Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary requirements and assist with light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation Maintain detailed medical documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and ensure compliance with healthcare standards Requirements Proven experience in assisted living, long-term care, or home health caregiving roles Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and patient care protocols Certification in CPR and first aid is required; additional certifications such as hospice care or dementia training are a plus Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges is highly desirable Ability to work independently in a live-in setting while maintaining professionalism and compassion Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and HIPAA privacy standards Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with healthcare teams and family members Join us in making a meaningful difference by providing compassionate care that empowers individuals to live comfortably at home.
