Occupational Therapist (OT) Willow Behavior Specialists is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing pediatric team. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Willow Behavior Specialists provides assent-based, individualized services to children and families in our community. We believe therapy should be supportive, engaging, and centered around each child's individual needs. Our interdisciplinary team works together to help our clients build meaningful skills while creating an environment where children feel safe, respected, and supported.

$40.00-$50.00 per hour

In person Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for pediatric clients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs and goals Provide direct occupational therapy services Address areas such as fine motor development, sensory processing, self-care, regulation, play, and functional independence Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Provide caregiver education, recommendations, and support when appropriate Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and treatment planning Maintain a positive, supportive, and child-centered therapy environment Qualifications Current or eligible for Michigan Occupational Therapist licensure Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Experience working with pediatric clients preferred Experience working with autistic and neurodivergent children is a plus Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team Compassionate, flexible, and child-centered approach to care Why Willow?
