e2135-58558 Job Description Step into a fulfilling full-time opportunity as an on-site occupational therapist supporting pediatric students in a K-12 educational environment near Menoken, ND. This position is ideal for passionate and licensed OTs, especially those with a long-term commitment to helping children achieve academic and developmental milestones. Open to dedicated travel professionals ready to make a difference working within a school setting.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is required Current, valid state OT license (or eligibility for licensure) Background in pediatric therapy, preferably in a school-based setting Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Flexibility to adapt to student needs and evolving caseloads Commitment to supporting diverse learners with compassion and efficacy
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students with varying needs Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions in both individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student participation and success Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress notes, and compliance records Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise to planning Adapt strategies to promote motor skills, sensory processing, and academic engagement
