r47676-03848 Job Description School-Based Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) Middle & High School We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a flexible part-time role. This position works directly with middle and high school students, offering a blend of direct services and hybrid flexibility.

Position Overview Schedule:

Part-Time | ~20 hours/week

Work Model:

On-site with some hybrid flexibility available

Caseload:

Middle School & High School (grades 612) Key Responsibilities Deliver direct occupational therapy sessions aligned with student IEP minutes. Conduct occupational therapy evaluations, screenings, and standardized assessments. Develop measurable IEP goals, track progress, and complete required documentation. Collaborate with special education case managers, classroom teachers, and support teams.

Candidate Requirements Licensure:

Active state Occupational Therapist (OT) License.

Credentials:

NBCOT certification.

Experience:

Prior experience with adolescent populations (middle and high school caseloads) strongly preferred.

Core Skills:

Comfortable managing the full cycle of school-based servicesfrom evaluations to direct interventions and IEP meetings. Interested in learning more?
