About Us:

We are a collaborative pediatric therapy practice providing high-quality, evidence-based services in both school settings and our outpatient sensory gym. Our interdisciplinary team includes occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and ABA professionals, working together to create comprehensive treatment plans that support the whole child.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and creative Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our growing pediatric team. This role involves providing direct therapy services to children in both school programs and a sensory-rich outpatient clinic. The OTR will assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions to help children succeed in their daily occupations, including play, school, and self-care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting sensory processing, motor coordination, executive functioning, and activities of daily living Provide therapy in both school and clinic settings Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, ABA therapists, teachers, and families to support child progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and reports Participate in team meetings and IEP planning when applicable

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Valid OTR license in NJ Pediatric experience preferred (schools and/or clinics) Strong understanding of sensory integration, child development, and play-based intervention Excellent collaboration and communication skills Experience in multidisciplinary or ABA-integrated environments a plus
