Overview Join our hospitality team as a Bartender! In this energetic role, you will craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring each drink meets quality standards. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Manage food and beverage orders and process payments using our POS system efficiently and securely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies; communicate needs to management proactively. Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs, recognizing intoxication signs, and adhering to all licensing regulations. Requirements Proven experience in bartending and food service roles within the hospitality industry. Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktail mixing techniques, and beverage recipe development. Proficiency with POS systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Must be at least 18 years of age and have night and weekend availability. Some holiday availability is also required.

Pay:

$16.00 - $35.00 per hour
