Role Responsibilities:

Evaluate students and develop individualized therapy plans Implement interventions to improve fine motor skills, daily living activities, sensory processing, and participation in the classroom Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Document progress and maintain accurate records Attend multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP processes Educate and support school personnel on best practices for students motor development Travel OTs encouraged to bring insights from diverse experiences
