About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in a community hospital setting. You will play a key role in delivering patient-centred therapy services to support functional recovery, independence, and quality of life across inpatient rehabilitation programmes. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality occupational therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team Develop individualised care plans and treatment goals for each patient Deliver occupational therapy interventions for inpatient wards Plan and implement therapy programmes for patients with dementia, psychiatric conditions, musculoskeletal, and neurological disorders Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review patient progress and outcomes Supervise Therapy Assistants (TAs) and volunteers in assigned clinical areas Supervise Occupational Therapists under conditional registration (where applicable) Support training and education for caregivers, TAs, and multidisciplinary team members Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research projects within the department Requirements Recognised Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred Strong interest in working with elderly patients, particularly those with neurological, musculoskeletal, or mental health conditions Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team ⚡ Immediate Hiring - Apply Now If you're ready to level up your Occupational Therapist career and work that truly matters, don't wait. 📩 Apply today or email your updated resume to sam@recruitco.com.sg (Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.)
