Job Description

Job Purpose:

Deliver skilled, one-on-one occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and splinting, to help patients regain function and improve quality of life. Qualifications Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L or OTD) in the state of New York Demonstrated experience in custom splinting and upper extremity rehabilitation Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for one-on-one patient care Commitment to providing evidence-based, patient-centered treatment Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Open to per diem (rate available upon request) or full-time candidates
