We are adding to our team!!! As a member of our rapidly growing Occupational Therapy program, you will provide care in the Toledo/Northwest Ohio area. You will be a crucial part of helping to grow our program and helping our patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled OT to join our growing and dynamic team. About the
Role:
As a Regional Occupational Therapist, you will: Design and implement personalized therapy plans to achieve patient goals Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and challenges Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient function and independence Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients and families Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices to provide evidence-based care
Requirements:
License/Certification:
Current OT licensure and certification
Skills:
