Authentic Hand Therapy, LLC in Medford, OR is a specialty outpatient rehabilitation clinic serving people with hand, arm, and shoulder problems.

Modern office setting Fully stocked splinting/wound care room Safe work environment Collaborative team Supportive leadership We are looking for a part time or full time OT or PT to join our private hand therapy practice in Southern Oregon's beautiful Rogue Valley. We treat a variety of post op and conservatively managed hand, arm, and shoulder conditions as well as fitting and fabricating upper limb orthoses. Opportunities for one part time (20-24hours per week) therapist include generous pay, health care allowance, unbeatable continuing education package with study/research time built in to each quarter. Annual bonus for maintaining CHT credential. Documentation time is built in to the schedule. Must have experience fabricating splints and excellent interpersonal skills. Seasoned therapists have opportunities to mentor OT students. Local attractions include the roaring Rogue River, Mt. Responsibilities Conduct initial evaluations and treatment sessions Demonstrate rapport with patients, colleagues, and referring providers Timely and defensible documentation and billing using Prompt EMR Maintain a tidy work station Maintain state of Oregon OT or PT license Skills CHT or exam eligible is a plus Minimum of 1 year working with hands/upper extremities Applicants with strong Level 2 fieldwork experience in hand therapy will be considered Excellent communications skills in person, on phone, and via computer Positive attitude Basic splinting skills

Pay:

$66,560.00 - $135,000.00 per year
