Exempt Schedule:

8:00 am - 5:30 pm, four 9-hour shifts, with rotating weekends within a four-week rotation. Your role with us As an occupational therapist in our Acute Rehabilitation team at Salem Health, you will be evaluating and treating patients in a wide variety of specialty areas such as neuro-trauma, orthopedics, neurology, medical/surgical, intensive care and so much more. Be part of our Centers of Excellence, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients undergoing joint replacement surgery, spine surgery and stroke recovery. What you'll do Conduct evidence-based evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapists, speech therapists, and care managers. Deliver exceptional patient and family-centered care with a strong emphasis on communication and customer service. Communicate professionally and effectively within the team and across departments. Required qualifications Holds a valid occupational therapy license to practice in the state of Oregon or is license eligible. Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.
