Description Occupational Therapist (OT) - Early Intervention Grand Home Health Services is currently hiring Occupational Therapists (OT) to provide early intervention therapy services for preschool-aged children with developmental delays and disabilities. Occupational Therapists support children in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills within classroom and early learning environments.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license required.

Preschool/Early Intervention experience preferred.

Requirements:

Required PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal History, and FBI clearances must be within 24 months of hire.

Act 24, Act 168, and required Mandated Reporter training.

Must meet all GRAND/Elwyn Early Intervention credentialing requirements prior to providing services

CPR/First Aid Responsibilities:

Provide individualized occupational therapy based on children's IEP goals.

Address fine-motor, sensory, self-care, and functional developmental needs.

Complete required evaluations, session notes, and progress documentation.

Collaborate with families and the Early Intervention team.

Hours & Pay:

Flexible scheduling and caseload available.

Starting Rate:

$70/hour Additional Details
