Fee Per Service. Therapist owned and operated growing agency! Occupational Therapist( OTR & COTAs) - NYS License, NYS Registration - Pediatric Experience Early Intervention/CPSE/CSE Providers must have a valid driver's license, vehicle with proof of insurance, NYS OT License and Love of Children.
