Starting Compensation:

$70,000-$100,000 annually. This position offers a base salary plus a performance-based commission structure, providing additional earning opportunities based on results.

We are looking to invest in and develop the right candidate to drive business (sales and rentals) with a focus on compact equipment (Mini Ex, Skid Steers, Wheel Loaders, Dozers, etc.). This field position involves being on the road every day , setting up meetings, prospecting job sites, executing "business conversations" on critical issues and closing business with valued customers and prospects.
