Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contractor opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based services, with an emphasis on telehealth and teletherapy. This role is situated in Faribault, MN, and offers a flexible schedule that combines both in-person and hybrid service delivery. Key responsibilities include providing occupational therapy services to students within a school setting, utilizing teletherapy platforms as well as direct, in-person interactions. The position typically requires on-site presence approximately two days per week, with the remainder conducted via telehealth. Collaboration with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and progress monitoring is also essential. Qualifications and experience desired for this role: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in pediatric and school-based practice. Proficiency in telehealth and teletherapy platforms related to occupational therapy. Ability to effectively conduct assessments and interventions both in-person and virtually. Strong communication and documentation skills. Flexibility to work in a hybrid format, with an established in-person schedule. Familiarity with educational regulations and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes preferred.
