Join our team at VHS Rehabilitation as an Occupational Therapist. Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available! Daily Pay!
Locations include:
Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, Yorktown, Gloucester, Kilmarnock, Norfolk and Virginia $45

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence , the Occupational Therapist provides skilled therapeutic care that helps individuals achieve the highest level of independence in their daily activities. Responsibilities for
Occupational Therapist:
Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to identify challenges in performing activities of daily living. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve independence, safety, and quality of life. Help patients relearn or adapt skills needed for daily living, including self-care, work, school, or leisure activities. Recommend, train, and educate patients on the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals. Collaborate with families, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards. Participate in care planning meetings and contribute to discharge planning and continuity of care. Qualifications for
Occupational Therapist:
A bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is required. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Virginia . Minimum of one (1) year of relevant clinical experience preferred. Strong ability to assess, analyze, and utilize clinical data to support effective decision-making and performance improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms. Our Core Values in Action Passion
