Key Qualifications & Experience:

Licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Washington State Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred Familiarity working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade Strong communication and documentation skills Passion for fostering student independence and development Ability to adapt strategies to diverse needs and learning styles

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to K-12 students based on IEP goals Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop effective intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress Deliver interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities Maintain detailed records and participate in IEP meetings as needed Consult with educational staff to implement accommodations within the classroom This position comes with W2 contract status and offers hourly pay starting at $50 per hour, based on experience.
