What We're Looking For:

Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Experience delivering occupational therapy services in school settings preferred Knowledge of home health practices and teletherapy platforms is a plus Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Comfortable developing and implementing IEPs and related documentation Adaptable to various service delivery models (in-person and remote)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide school-based occupational therapy evaluations and interventions to support students' educational and functional goals Create customized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams Document progress and maintain required records in compliance with school and state regulations Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom routines and home environments Utilize technology effectively for teletherapy when needed Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions
