Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN/Part Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing healthcare team. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to support us during periods of high census. As we continue to grow, there will be opportunity to carry a more consistent sized caseload as well. In this role, you will provide specialized therapy services to diverse patient populations in their home. Your expertise will help patients regain independence, improve their functional abilities, and enhance their quality of life. This position offers flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability while making a meaningful impact on patient care. Responsibilities Assess patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and independence. Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, and mobility exercises, to support their functional goals. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans, discharge planning, and case management strategies for seamless patient transitions. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and compliance with medical terminology, physiology knowledge, and anatomy principles. Requirements Valid Occupational Therapist license in good standing in Wyoming Prior home health experience is desired, but not required. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy relevant to occupational therapy practices. Ability to assist with ADLs and develop comprehensive care plans that align with patient goals. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and families. Flexibility to work PRN hours
Pay:
$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
