Desired Qualifications:

Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) state licensure required Demonstrated experience or passionate interest in pediatric therapy Ability to work effectively with children and school staff in a dynamic educational setting Adaptable and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills Prior school-based experience is a plus, though not required

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines Support students in achieving their functional goals within academic and social environments Participate in meetings with parents, therapists, and educators to discuss progress and strategies
