e2138-72076 Job Description Step into a rewarding, full-time, on-site opportunity serving students in a supportive school setting near Jacksonville, AR. This role is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about pediatrics who are eager to work with children and help them thrive academically and socially. Open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY), this position welcomes travel professionals ready to make a positive difference in young learners' lives.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time, on-site caseload and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain thorough progress documentation Provide direct therapy sessions, both individually and in group settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school-based professionals to facilitate student success Participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and ongoing professional development Advocate for students speech and language needs within the school environment Enjoy attractive benefits such as health and dental insurance, a company-matched 401(k), and competitive weekly payso you can focus on what matters most: empowering students in your care.
