Job Description
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Mobile Therapy Phoenix West Valley | Flexible schedule | 1099 contractor A schedule that fits your life.
- Flexibility you can use. Build a part-time caseload or a fuller schedule, arranging visits with families around your availability.
- Support from the start. Our mobile mentorship program includes shadow visits, regular check-ins, and an accessible supervising OT. New graduates and OTAs moving into home-based care are welcome.
- Time for meaningful care. Most sessions are 60 minutes, one patient at a time. Work on the skills that matter in the places patients use them every day.
- Independence with connection. Share ideas and resources with a collaborative team, with no restrictive noncompete agreement.
- Simple documentation tools.
- 72 per session, based on experience and session type, with bonus opportunities for session volume and retention.
Pay:
$50.00- $72.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0
