In-home services About Tandem Low Vision Tandem Low Vision is a growing home health company specializing in occupational therapy for individuals living with low vision. We help our clients remain safe, independent, and confident at home by providing practical, individualized solutions for everyday activities. We are looking for compassionate and dependable Occupational Therapists (OTRs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our growing team. Why Join Tandem? Services may include:
Assessing how vision loss impacts daily activities and safety Developing individualized treatment plans Teaching adaptive strategies for reading, medication management, cooking, leisure activities, and home tasks Introducing clients to appropriate assistive technology and adaptive equipment Providing home safety recommendations Educating clients and caregivers Documenting visits and progress in the company EMR Qualifications Occupational Therapist (OTR): Current Arizona OT license Graduate of an accredited OT program Current CPR/BLS certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional liability insurance Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA): Current Arizona OTA license Graduate of an accredited OTA program Current CPR/BLS certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional liability insurance Low vision experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to provide training and support to the right candidate.
