Empowering Families:
Implementing personalized treatment plans for children with diverse needs, including Developmental Delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, and Sensory Processing Disorders.Feeding & Nutrition:
Using sensory-motor approaches to help children with feeding challenges and oral motor delays gain confidence at the table.Skill Building:
Helping tiny humans master the "jobs of childhood"—from zipping jackets to navigating playgrounds and building social connections.Collaborating:
Working closely with our SLPs and amazing parents to provide holistic, child-centered care.The Perfect Fit:
You hold a Degree in Occupational Therapy and a current state license. You have a heart for pediatrics and experience with a variety of complex medical needs. You are a "Problem-Solving Pro" who can adapt a session on the fly when a toddler decides they only want to play with the cardboard box. You have excellent communication skills (both with the kids and their grown-ups).Perks & Benefits:
